Earn $10 Off Every Time You Share Medly
Our referral program is designed to reward you for sharing the your favorite products with your friends and family. Here’s everything you need to know to start earning those sweet rewards.
How It Works
Place Your First Order You must complete at least one order with Medly before a referral link is generated for you. No order = no referral link yet.
Sign Into Your Account Go to medly.space and click the account icon in the top right corner. Enter the email address associated with your order and hit submit — you'll receive a magic sign-in link in your inbox.
Find Your Unique Referral Link Once signed in, go to the Referrals & Rewards tab. You'll find your personal referral link there. You can also visit it directly anytime at medly.space/products/referral-program.
Share Your Link — Not Just the Code Copy your unique referral link and send it to friends. This is important: your friend must click your link and place their order through it. If they navigate to the site on their own or type in the URL directly, the referral will not be tracked.
Both of You Get $10 Off When your friend clicks your referral link, a $10 discount code will automatically pop up for them to apply at checkout — no email needed on their end. After their order is delivered, you'll receive your $10 discount code by email.
Common questions
Why isn't my referral showing up? The most common reason is that your friend didn't use your referral link when they placed their order. They may have gone directly to the website instead of clicking through your unique link. Unfortunately, referrals cannot be applied retroactively — the link must be used at the time of ordering.
Why didn't I receive my discount code? Your $10 code is sent after your referred friend's order has been delivered. If you haven't received it, it's likely because:
Their order hasn't been delivered yet
They placed their order without using your referral link
If their order has been delivered and you still haven't received your code, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Does my friend need to do anything to get their discount? Nope — as soon as they click your referral link, a $10 discount code will automatically appear for them to apply at checkout. Just make sure they use your link before they start shopping.
Why didn't my friend receive their discount? If the $10 code didn't pop up for them, it's most likely because they didn't arrive at the site through your referral link. The discount is triggered automatically by the link — if they went directly to the site or typed in the URL, it won't appear. They would need to click your link and place a new order for the discount to apply.
Can I refer more than one person? Yes! Every new person who places their first order through your unique link earns you another $10 off. There's no limit.

Program Update — June 2, 2026: Our referral program has been updated as of June 2, 2026. All referrals made on or after this date will receive $10 off. Referrals made prior to June 2, 2026 are not eligible for retroactive updates under the new program terms.
